CBT, the 5 elements:

A: Introduction
The introduction to the moped or 125 course includes an important talk on motorcycle safety clothing

B: Controls and Safety Checks
In this section of the CBT you will learn how to perform basic checks to keep your moped or 125 in order, you'll also learn about manually handling the motorbike

C: Off-road training
This section of the training course is very important, it allows you to learn how to control a scooter or motorcycle, and how to carry out the type of  manoeuvres you can expect to use on the road

This session is a conversation about how best to use the road and how to keep yourself safe and legal while riding. You can prepare for this by reading the highway code.
